Most precious little girls are known for the bad girl lurking. Is Joey the same. Sure she's only human and let it be known 101% woman! Why not...Pacey is the one who can tell Joey just when she is being to tough on herself. He can toss her hurtful comments to the moon knowing that she means more than well. Who is Pacey?
Pacey is a goofball prince charming. It seems words or his actions never are interpreted in the right way. He sits there helpless at times wondering why there is even a need for books? He loves the feeling of a open sea and would rather kick back in a row boat watching clouds pass him by. Life is simple...just live...until...until she comes by and changes everything...complicated isn't even the word. Joey is something intriguing.
